INFORMATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data
This information (or "privacy and cookies policy") is provided in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in particular, according to EU Regulation 2016/679 which relates to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (the "GDPR") and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Code for the protection of personal data, the "Privacy Code") with reference to the processing of personal data of users who access the site www.nauled.it.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide users with a simple and transparent description of what personal data is processed, for what purpose, by whom and how, and to inform them of the measures that are applied to protect their rights and freedoms. This Privacy Policy, therefore, applies only to this website and does not apply to other websites that the user may access via links.

General information about data processing - purpose and legal basis of processing
The use and enjoyment of the pages of the Nauled Srl website is possible without entering personal data; however, if a data subject wishes to use specific business services via our website, it may be necessary to process personal data. Personal data used for the conclusion of a contract do not require your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b).
When the contract is completed and after the purchase price has been paid in full, the processing of your data will be blocked and they will be deleted after the expiry of the retention period under commercial and tax law, unless you have agreed to further use of your data. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the relevant administrative and accounting activities, as well as to send you the information requested on this website, to check the correct functioning of the website and the services offered through it (so-called navigation data). The data may also be processed for our legitimate interest, for security reasons related to the site. In these cases, consent does not have to be given. You may at any time revoke your consent to the processing of data provided on this site by sending an email to info@nauled.it.
In any case, refusal to provide personal data for these purposes will prevent the user from using the above-mentioned services.The data will be collected and processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, using manual or automated methods, always within the limits of the processing purposes described in this information notice and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
The processing of personal data will be carried out both in paper form and in electronic form by staff adequately trained in the protection of personal data. The legal basis on which the processing is based is the need to execute pre-contractual and contractual obligations to which you are a party, as well as the need to fulfil legal obligations
Purpose and duration of personal data processing
The processing of personal data is aimed at the execution of the contract/performance/assignment and will be carried out both in paper form and electronically by personnel who are adequately trained in the protection of personal data. The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored is no longer required, or it will be stored for the period defined by current tax and civil law (10 years); it will then be destroyed.
Type of processed data
1. Navigation data
This data and general information is stored in the server log files. The following can be collected
- browser types and versions used,
- the operating system used by the access system,
- the website from which an access system reaches our website (so-called referrers),
- the date and time of access to the website, - an Internet protocol address (IP address),
- the Internet service provider of the access system
- any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our computer systems
Browsing data (e.g. log files, IP addresses, domain names of users' terminals, addresses in uri - uniform resource identifier - notation and server responses) do not persist for more than 7 days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation, without prejudice to the possible need to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authorities. The above data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation; they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. During navigation, the Owner also collects cookies (small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between the website and the browser used). 2. Data provided voluntarily by the user for communications
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of communications by means of contact forms on the site or by e-mail and any other electronic communication channel to the addresses indicated on this site, entails the subsequent acquisition of the data communicated by the user, including his or her e-mail address, and consent to receive any messages in response to his or her requests. The personal data thus provided are used solely for the purpose of satisfying or responding to the requests transmitted and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.
3. Data provided voluntarily by the user for marketing/commercial promotion purposes
In case that the personal data (in particular, e-mail address) are provided by the person concerned in the context of a service requested by the same or the purchase of a product, the data thus provided may be used to send markeitng or promotional communications e-mail and/or any other electronic communication channel relating to services similar to those previously purchased or requested by the user, pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree 196/2003, without the need for express and prior consent (so-called soft spam). In every communication, however, the user is reminded that he can revoke the consent at any time and without formality. The data are deleted at the request of the interested party. In the event that the user gives express consent for the purposes set forth in art. 2, paragraph 2, the user may always revoke the consent and oppose its processing, as indicated in art. 7.
Communication, Dissemination, Transfer of Data and Methods of Processing
Your data are not disclosed outside the company, except for the transmission to the transport company only for the delivery of the goods. For payment, NAULED SRL hands over your payment data to the credit institution in charge of payment or to the payment service selected during the order process. The processing of personal data is subject to specific technical, computer and organizational security measures taken by the Company to protect their integrity and aimed in particular at preventing data loss, misuse or improper and unauthorized access, these measures are more fully described in the Register of Treatments drawn up by NAULED SRL and regularly updated by the same. Your data is transferred to the service provider of the website for storage purposes. Data are not transferred to non-EU territories. The data sent are used only and exclusively for the purposes for which they were granted and are protected by appropriate technological and organisational measures. All data processing takes place in Italy and in the countries of the European Union where the company servers are located.
Data Retention
Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the requested service and/or to perform the contract/performance/assignment. Some data may be stored for longer if required by Italian law (administrative storage, legal protection). Data provided for marketing purposes will be stored for the entire duration of the business relationship and, at the end of the relationship, for a maximum period of 24 months, without prejudice to the data subject's right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. The Data Controller undertakes to delete from its systems the data provided by you in relation to requests made through the website after a period of one year from the date on which they were provided. In any case, the Data Controller undertakes to base the processing of data on the principles of adequacy and minimisation, annually verifying the need to keep the data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and processed.
Rights of the Data Subjects
In accordance with Art. 15 (Right of access), 16 (Right of rectification), 17 (Right to erasure), 18 (Right to restriction of processing), 20 (Right to data portability) and 21 (Right to object) of the EU Regulation 2016/679, each data subject has the right to obtain from NAULED , in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification, integration or erasure thereof or the restriction of processing concerning him/her, the portability, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of processed data including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, or to oppose the treatment except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an appropriate request addressed to NAULED S.r.l: Via Cavour, 13 - 22040 Lurago d'Erba (CO) and/or to the following email address info@nauled.it., also through the Personal Data Processing Manager. At the end of this operation, upon verification of the existence of a current and concrete interest in the processing of personal data, these will be removed from the archives as soon as possible. If you wish to receive further information on the processing of your personal data or to exercise your rights under point 9 above, you can send an email to the above address. Before we can provide you with or change any information, we may need to verify your identity and answer some questions. A reply will be provided as soon as possible. You also have the right, if you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of the GDPR, to propose:

Use of the website
In no circumstances NAULED SRL can be held liable for damages of any kind caused directly or indirectly from access to the site, from the use of interactive tools, from the inability or impossibility of accessing it, from the use of the news contained therein. Quotations are allowed for the purposes of reporting or review if accompanied by an indication of the source and url. NAULED SRL reserves the right to change the contents of the site and the legal notes at any time and without notice.
