SHIPMENTS
General Info
Nauled Srl ships its goods throughout Italy exclusively by express courier. Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Nauled Srl. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any way altered, even in the closing materials. (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. The couriers used do not make prior calls or manage requests for shipments at particular times.
Pick up on site
Nauled Srl offers the possibility to collect the goods directly from its warehouses. The customer will have the possibility, during the order confirmation phase, to select "Pick up on site" as shipping method, but he will not be able to pay directly upon collection of the goods. An email will confirm the customer that the goods ordered are ready for collection and useful times for the same. At the moment it is not possible to collect goods on the site without having first confirmed the order or without first having received confirmation of goods ready for collection.
Shipping costs and delivery times
The standard shipping costs for the national territory are:
4,90 € VAT not included for ITALY EXCLUDING ISLANDS
6,90 € VAT not included for ITALY ONLY ISLANDS
Shipping costs may vary depending on the number of products purchased.
The delivery time is purely indicative: 48 hours from order fulfillment which is subject to receipt of payment for products immediately available in stock.For products available but not in internal stock, the timing for each individual product in question will be communicated. The times expressed here may vary due to force majeure, due to traffic conditions and roads in general or by an act of the Authorities.
The delivery time will take place from 8.30 to 19.30 at most, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The couriers used do not make prior calls or manage requests for shipments at particular times. These rates are valid for the Italian territory only. And at the moment we only ship online for orders in Italy.
